{"id":128289,"date":"2020-05-21T23:27:18","date_gmt":"2020-05-22T04:27:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=128289"},"modified":"2020-05-21T23:27:18","modified_gmt":"2020-05-22T04:27:18","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-feminicida-en-ixmiquilpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/05\/21\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-presunto-feminicida-en-ixmiquilpan\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a presunto feminicida en Ixmiquilpan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La<strong> Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo<\/strong> (PGJEH) inform\u00f3 que su Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre por <strong>el delito de feminicidio ocurrido en el municipio de Ixmiquilpan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los hechos que fueron materia de la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de un hombre identificado como Francisco \u201cN\u201d, ocurrieron el pasado 10 de mayo, en la regi\u00f3n del Valle del Mezquital.<\/p>\n<p>Al tener conocimiento de los hechos, el Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a l<strong>a Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente<\/strong>, inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y notific\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero, \u00e1rea de la PGJEH que inici\u00f3 las <strong>indagatorias con protocolo de feminicidio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De inmediato, un grupo de Ministerios P\u00fablicos de la Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero recabaron datos de prueba<strong> en contra del probable responsable<\/strong>, identificado <strong>como Francisco \u201cN\u201d,<\/strong> quien fue presentado ante el juez de control en audiencia inicial.<\/p>\n<p>Con los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3<strong> la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado por feminicidio<\/strong>, y determin\u00f3 otorgar un plazo de cuatro meses para concluir la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>Al probable responsable de este delito, le fue impuesta la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) inform\u00f3 que su Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre por el delito de feminicidio ocurrido en el municipio de Ixmiquilpan.
