{"id":131319,"date":"2020-08-20T12:48:48","date_gmt":"2020-08-20T17:48:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=131319"},"modified":"2020-08-20T12:48:48","modified_gmt":"2020-08-20T17:48:48","slug":"golpear-madre-vinculan-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/08\/20\/golpear-madre-vinculan-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Por golpear a su madre lo vinculan a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/08\/08\/recupera-pgjeh-vehiculos\/\"><strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia<\/strong><\/a> del estado de Hidalgo (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PGJE_Hidalgo?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><strong>PGJEH<\/strong><\/a>) inform\u00f3 que agentes del ministerio p\u00fablico adscritos a la <strong>Subprocuradur\u00eda<\/strong> de <strong>Derechos Humanos<\/strong> y Servicios a la <strong>Comunidad<\/strong> obtuvieron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre por el presunto delito de violencia <strong>familiar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos que fueron materia de la imputaci\u00f3n, ocurrieron el pasado 23 de septiembre del 2019, en el interior del domicilio ubicado en el fraccionamiento Nuevo Pedregal, en el municipio de Tizayuca.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n refiere que el imputado agredi\u00f3 de forma f\u00edsica a su madre, a quien le propin\u00f3 golpes en cara y brazos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial y con base en los medios de prueba ofrecidos por el agente del ministerio p\u00fablico de la PGJEH, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Ivan \u201cN\u201d, por el delito de violencia familiar.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, el juez de la causa determin\u00f3 asignar dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) inform\u00f3 que agentes del ministerio p\u00fablico adscritos a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad obtuvieron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre por el presunto delito de violencia familiar.
