{"id":131637,"date":"2020-08-24T17:11:42","date_gmt":"2020-08-24T22:11:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=131637"},"modified":"2020-08-24T17:11:42","modified_gmt":"2020-08-24T22:11:42","slug":"no-dar-pension-vinculan-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/08\/24\/no-dar-pension-vinculan-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Por no dar pensi\u00f3n, lo vinculan a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PGJE_Hidalgo?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><strong>PGJEH<\/strong><\/a>), por medio de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/08\/20\/golpear-madre-vinculan-proceso\/\"><strong>Derechos Humanos<\/strong> <\/a>y Servicios a la <strong>Comunidad<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que un hombre fue vinculado a proceso por incumplimiento de obligaciones <strong>alimentarias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos que\u00a0 se le imputaron al presunto responsable, ocurrieron en la ciudad de Pachuca, luego de que la madre de los menores de edad acudi\u00f3 a la Procuradur\u00eda para denunciar el delito.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de lo sucedido, las instancias correspondientes iniciaron una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n a cargo del agente del ministerio p\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, se identific\u00f3 al probable responsable como Sa\u00fal \u201cN\u201d, quien habr\u00eda incumplido con la obligaci\u00f3n de proporcionar la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia a sus hijos menores de edad, en un periodo comprendido de agosto del 2014 hasta el mes de octubre del 2018.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, una vez valorados los datos de prueba por el agente del ministerio p\u00fablico, este resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso Sa\u00fal \u201cN\u201d, por su presunta responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de incumplimiento de obligaciones alimentarias.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, fij\u00f3 medidas cautelares y un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria del caso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), por medio de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, inform\u00f3 que un hombre fue vinculado a proceso por incumplimiento de obligaciones alimentarias.
