{"id":136152,"date":"2020-10-20T12:30:50","date_gmt":"2020-10-20T17:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=136152"},"modified":"2020-10-20T12:30:50","modified_gmt":"2020-10-20T17:30:50","slug":"vinculan-proceso-hombre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/10\/20\/vinculan-proceso-hombre\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a un hombre por el homicidio de cinco personas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/09\/17\/acuerdan-fgr-pgjeh\/\"><strong>Estado<\/strong><\/a> de <strong>Hidalgo<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PGJE_Hidalgo?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><strong>PGJEH<\/strong><\/a>), vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Josu\u00e9 N., por el homicidio de cinco personas en el <strong>municipio<\/strong> de <strong>Cuautepec de Hinojosa<\/strong>, ocurrido el pasado 13 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurridos que se le imputan a presunto responsable, son el homicidio de cinco personas, dos adultos y tres menores de edad, cuyos cuerpos fueron hallados sin vida al interior de un inmueble en el municipio mencionado.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, agentes del ministerio p\u00fablico adscritos a la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimiento Penales regi\u00f3n oriente de la PGJEH obtuvieron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del imputado, por lo que esta fue cumplimentada por la polic\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de la aprehensi\u00f3n, el imputado fue presentado ante el juez de control, quien con base en lo expuesto por el ministerio p\u00fablico, dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad judicial fij\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0 complementaria, adem\u00e1s de interponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.
