{"id":136180,"date":"2020-10-20T14:14:25","date_gmt":"2020-10-20T19:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=136180"},"modified":"2020-10-20T14:14:25","modified_gmt":"2020-10-20T19:14:25","slug":"pgjeh-pena-abuso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/10\/20\/pgjeh-pena-abuso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene PGJEH pena de 4 a\u00f1os para un hombre por abuso sexual equiparado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/09\/02\/titular-de-unidad-de-analisis-y-contexto-de-la-pgjeh\/\">(PGJEH),<\/a> obtuvo sentencia condenatoria en contra de un hombre, por hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como <strong>abuso sexual equiparado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los acontecimientos que fueron motivo de imputaci\u00f3n para Tom\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d, ocurrieron el 21 de marzo del a\u00f1o que transcurre, en la colonia <strong>El Pedregal en Atotonilco de Tula,<\/strong> en contra de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n<h4>Como consecuencia de lo sucedido, la <a href=\"https:\/\/procuraduria.hidalgo.gob.mx\/\">PGJEH<\/a> brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n multidisciplinaria a la v\u00edctima e inici\u00f3 las investigaciones necesarias para obtener los <strong>medios de prueba<\/strong> que demostrara la responsabilidad del imputado.<\/h4>\n<p>Con las aportaciones del Ministerio P\u00fablico ante el juez de control, se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso; sin embargo, el imputado opt\u00f3 por un <strong>procedimiento abreviado<\/strong> con el que obtuvo una pena de cuatro a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por abuso sexual equiparado.<\/p>\n<p>Al sentenciado le fue impuesta una <strong>multa econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> y el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Subprocuradur\u00eda de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad, de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), obtuvo sentencia condenatoria en contra de un hombre, por hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como abuso sexual equiparado.
