{"id":142053,"date":"2021-01-11T15:13:03","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T21:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=142053"},"modified":"2021-01-11T15:13:03","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T21:13:03","slug":"whatsapp-center-servicios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/01\/11\/whatsapp-center-servicios\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abWhatsApp Center\u00bb acercar\u00e1 servicios municipales en Pachuca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>presidente municipal de <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2020\/12\/23\/por-corrupcion-sergio-banos-despide-dos-inspectores\/\">Pachuca<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sergiobanosr?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><strong>Sergio Ba\u00f1os Rubio<\/strong><\/a>, dio a conocer <strong>\u00abWhatsApp Center\u00bb<\/strong>, herramienta del gobierno que buscar\u00e1 acercar los servicios municipales a la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda de la capital del estado<\/strong>, por medio del uso de la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el alcalde expres\u00f3, \u201cen mi gobierno usaremos toda la tecnolog\u00eda a nuestro alcance, para estar cerca de los vecinos y atender sus demandas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva herramienta, funcionar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea, en donde la poblaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 enviar un mensaje al 771 406 0804 y recibir\u00e1n de vuelta un men\u00fa interactivo en el que encontrar\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n municipal \u00fatil para realizar tr\u00e1mites, reportar baches, luminarias, hacer denuncias ciudadanas y tambi\u00e9n pagar el predial 2021.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, el presidente municipal detall\u00f3 que el sistema de atenci\u00f3n por mensajer\u00eda operar\u00e1 las 24 horas del d\u00eda y los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, Sergio Ba\u00f1os indic\u00f3 que \u201cSERVITEL 070\u201d ha funcionado muy bien y por eso tambi\u00e9n seguir\u00e1 en operaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, con \u201cWhatsApp Center\u201d buscan fortalecer a\u00fan m\u00e1s la comunicaci\u00f3n con la ciudadan\u00eda pachuque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente municipal de Pachuca, Sergio Ba\u00f1os Rubio, dio a conocer \u00abWhatsApp Center\u00bb, herramienta del gobierno que buscar\u00e1 acercar los servicios municipales a la ciudadan\u00eda de la capital del estado, por medio del uso de la tecnolog\u00eda.
