{"id":154180,"date":"2021-05-15T10:49:13","date_gmt":"2021-05-15T15:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=154180"},"modified":"2021-05-15T11:02:43","modified_gmt":"2021-05-15T16:02:43","slug":"dictan-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/05\/15\/dictan-prision-preventiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Dictan prisi\u00f3n preventiva a hombre por robo en Huasca"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong>Huasca de Ocampo.<\/strong> Por sustraer objetos de <strong>valor de un inmueble<\/strong>, un hombre fue <strong>vinculado a proceso por un juez de control<\/strong>, dio a conocer la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/05\/05\/vigente-atencion-casos\/\">Hidalgo<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PGJE_Hidalgo?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\">PGJEH<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los hechos sucedieron el pasado 16 de abril, cuando el presunto ladr\u00f3n, identificado como Cosme Omar N, ingres\u00f3 a un inmueble de la localidad de San Miguel Regla y hurt\u00f3 objetos de valor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>No obstante, vecinos de la comunidad se percataron de lo ocurrido y lograron detener a Omar N, evitando que huyera del lugar, mientras arribaban las autoridades competentes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Minutos m\u00e1s tarde, polic\u00edas del municipio arrestaron al hoy imputado, quien fue presentado ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico, para el inicio de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En audiencia inicial, tras la formulaci\u00f3n de la imputaci\u00f3n a cargo del Ministerio P\u00fablico, el juez dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del probable responsable de robo calificado; fijando prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar; adem\u00e1s, se fijaron tres meses como plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Huasca de Ocampo.
