{"id":155725,"date":"2021-05-27T17:41:32","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T22:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=155725"},"modified":"2021-05-27T17:41:32","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T22:41:32","slug":"capacitan-sindrome-multisistemico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/05\/27\/capacitan-sindrome-multisistemico\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitan a personal de salud acerca del S\u00edndrome Multisist\u00e9mico Inflamatorio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Hidalgo (SSH), llev\u00f3 a cabo el curso taller \u201cAbordaje del S\u00edndrome Inflamatorio Multisist\u00e9mico Pedi\u00e1trico (PIMS)\u201d asociado al SARS-CoV-2 Covid-19, a personal de dicha dependencia, el DIF Hidalgo, as\u00ed como al IMSS e ISSSTE, y a personal de Pemex.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En ese sentido, la <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/02\/12\/dona-club-rotario-insumos\/\">SSH<\/a> alert\u00f3 que es una afecci\u00f3n grave en ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os,<\/strong> sin embargo, poco frecuente relacionada con la enfermedad provocada por coronavirus. \u201cEs una complicaci\u00f3n que, sin un diagn\u00f3stico temprano y un manejo y tratamiento adecuados, puede provocar problemas graves en \u00f3rganos vitales, como el coraz\u00f3n, pulmones o ri\u00f1ones\u201d, explic\u00f3 la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, la autoridad sanitaria se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en casos poco frecuentes podr\u00eda provocar da\u00f1os permanentes o incluso la muerte.<\/p>\n<p><em>Como parte de la capacitaci\u00f3n, se trataron los temas de: criterios diagn\u00f3sticos y elementos b\u00e1sicos de abordaje y tratamiento en el Primer y Segundo Nivel de Atenci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el dominio del panorama epidemiol\u00f3gico, detecci\u00f3n oportuna, atenci\u00f3n, tratamiento y seguimiento adecuados del PIMS.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la SSH se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el grupo que atiende dicha afecci\u00f3n en menores de edad est\u00e1 conformado por pediatras, infect\u00f3logos, hemat\u00f3logos e internistas.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a que en caso de que ni\u00f1as o ni\u00f1os hayan tenido contacto con personas diagnosticadas con<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/coronavirus.gob.mx\/\"> Covid-19,<\/a><\/strong> entre los 10 y 40 d\u00edas pueden presentar s\u00edntomas como: fiebre persistente, dolor abdominal, muscular o de articulaciones, cansancio, somnolencia y confusi\u00f3n, v\u00f3mito y diarrea, manchas rojas en los <strong>brazos, ojos rojos, dificultad respiratoria y dedos azules.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Hidalgo (SSH), llev\u00f3 a cabo el curso taller \u201cAbordaje del S\u00edndrome Inflamatorio Multisist\u00e9mico Pedi\u00e1trico (PIMS)\u201d asociado al SARS-CoV-2 Covid-19, a personal de dicha dependencia, el DIF Hidalgo, as\u00ed como al IMSS e ISSSTE, y a personal de Pemex.
