{"id":165046,"date":"2021-08-31T14:54:33","date_gmt":"2021-08-31T19:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=165046"},"modified":"2021-08-31T15:12:31","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T20:12:31","slug":"dan-8-anos-de-prision-a-violador-de-apan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/08\/31\/dan-8-anos-de-prision-a-violador-de-apan\/","title":{"rendered":"Dan 8 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a violador de Apan"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Por cometer violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada en el municipio de Apan, <strong>un hombre fue sentenciado a pasar ocho a\u00f1os en la c\u00e1rcel, dio a conocer la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PGJE_Hidalgo\">(PGJEH).<\/a><\/strong> <br \/><br \/>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron en abril del 2020, cuando el agresor, identificado como Juan Luis N, intercept\u00f3 de manera violenta a la v\u00edctima para conducirla al interior de un predio donde posteriormente la viol\u00f3 sexualmente.<br \/><br \/>Dichas agresiones fueron dadas a conocer a la PGJEH, por lo cual, personal del Ministerio P\u00fablico dio inicio a las indagatorias correspondientes y reuni\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes para se\u00f1alar a Juan Luis N como el probable responsable de los hechos antes mencionados.<br \/><br \/>En audiencia inicial, la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales, regi\u00f3n poniente, formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n contra el agresor y un juez de control dict\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<br \/><br \/>Finalmente, tras agotar todas las etapas del proceso penal, mediante un procedimiento abreviado <strong>el juez dict\u00f3 la sentencia condenatoria de ocho a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para Juan Luis N, m\u00e1s una multa como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por cometer violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada en el municipio de Apan, un hombre fue sentenciado a pasar ocho a\u00f1os en la c\u00e1rcel, dio a conocer la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH).
