{"id":169704,"date":"2021-10-18T18:44:55","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T23:44:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=169704"},"modified":"2021-10-18T18:44:55","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T23:44:55","slug":"vinculan-proceso-hombre-que-abuso-de-menores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2021\/10\/18\/vinculan-proceso-hombre-que-abuso-de-menores\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a hombre que abus\u00f3 de menores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2019\/06\/28\/suma-personal-pgjeh-abogacia-etica\/\"><strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/strong><\/a> obtuvo, a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre que cometi\u00f3 abuso sexual agravado.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos por los que Justino \u201cN\u201d enfrenta un proceso penal ocurrieron en mayo del 2018 en una localidad del municipio de <strong>San Salvador<\/strong>, donde dos menores de edad fueron agredidas sexualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que dicha representaci\u00f3n social tuvo <strong>conocimiento de los hechos<\/strong>, brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n multidisciplinaria para ambas v\u00edctimas, al tiempo que se iniciaba la carpeta de\u00a0 investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad ministerial a cargo de las pesquisas, reuni\u00f3 los datos probatorios contra Justino \u201cN\u201d y los present\u00f3 ante un juez de control.<\/p>\n<p>En el desahogo de la <strong>audiencia inicial<\/strong>, personal de la subprocuradur\u00eda formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n contra el probable y obtuvo de la autoridad judicial la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del probable.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>medida cautelar<\/strong> impuesta fue la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) obtuvo, a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre que cometi\u00f3 abuso sexual agravado.
