{"id":182384,"date":"2022-04-05T19:08:42","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T00:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=182384"},"modified":"2022-04-05T19:08:42","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T00:08:42","slug":"desiste-mp-de-testimonio-de-gerardo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2022\/04\/05\/desiste-mp-de-testimonio-de-gerardo\/","title":{"rendered":"Desiste MP de testimonio de Gerardo Sosa en juicio por muerte de su hijo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este martes, el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/strong> desisti\u00f3 del testimonio de<strong> Gerardo Sosa Castel\u00e1n<\/strong>, ex rector de la <strong>Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Hidalgo<\/strong>, y<strong> Alfonso Acosta<\/strong>, contador de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios; \u00a0en el juicio contra<strong> Fernando R.M<\/strong>., presunto homicida de <strong>Gerardo Sosa Cravioto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde los juzgados orales de Pachuca, este d\u00eda continu\u00f3 la audiencia para determinar si <strong>Fernando N,<\/strong> ex encargado de los ranchos<strong> San Jos\u00e9 y Yemila de la familia Sosa<\/strong>, es responsable del ataque armado que sufri\u00f3 <strong>Sosa Cravioto<\/strong> y que provoc\u00f3 su muerte.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, el MP indic\u00f3 que el ex rector no declarar\u00eda por problemas de salud; mientras que, el contador de <strong>UAEH<\/strong> tampoco present\u00f3 su testimonio en el caso, pese a ser el primero en haber ayudado a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, durante la audiencia se presentaron siete dict\u00e1menes periciales a cargo de un especialista en bal\u00edstica; y un arma de fuego, presuntamente empleada en el homicidio de Sosa Cravioto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este martes, el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) desisti\u00f3 del testimonio de Gerardo Sosa Castel\u00e1n, ex rector de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Hidalgo, y Alfonso Acosta, contador de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios; \u00a0en el juicio contra Fernando R.M., presunto homicida de Gerardo Sosa Cravioto.
