{"id":208631,"date":"2023-03-06T12:47:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T18:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=208631"},"modified":"2023-03-06T12:47:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T18:47:03","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2023\/03\/06\/vinculan-a-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a hombre por homicidio doloso en Tula de Allende"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/strong>, v\u00ednculo a proceso a un hombre investigado por homicidio doloso en grado de tentativa, el suceso tuvo lugar en Tula de Allende el pasado 24 de febrero, cuando dos personas que viajaban en un autom\u00f3vil, tipo Camaro fueron atacadas con disparos de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n<p>Las v\u00edctimas identificadas como M. L. C. y A. G. G. A., fueron atendidas por servicios m\u00e9dicos tras el ataque, la r\u00e1pida actuaci\u00f3n de diversas corporaciones de polic\u00eda permiti\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del agresor, identificado como C. G. G.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la detenci\u00f3n, el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> ha recabado pruebas contra el imputado y ha formulado cargos por homicidio doloso en grado de tentativa en agravio de las dos v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p>C. G. G. se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144 horas y durante la audiencia inicial la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y estableci\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> Unidad Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n de Homicidio Doloso y Narcomenudeo de la PGJEH<\/strong> ha trabajado en coordinaci\u00f3n con otras corporaciones para esclarecer los hechos y garantizar la justicia para las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), v\u00ednculo a proceso a un hombre investigado por homicidio doloso en grado de tentativa, el suceso tuvo lugar en Tula de Allende el pasado 24 de febrero, cuando dos personas que viajaban en un autom\u00f3vil, tipo Camaro fueron atacadas con disparos de arma de fuego.
