{"id":211233,"date":"2023-04-06T10:54:50","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T16:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=211233"},"modified":"2023-04-06T10:54:50","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T16:54:50","slug":"procesan-a-exsecretario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2023\/04\/06\/procesan-a-exsecretario\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesan a exsecretario de Finanzas del PRI por violaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Alfredo E.F.M.,<\/strong> exsecretario de Finanzas del PRI Hidalgo, fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado (PGJEH).<\/p>\n<p>El probable fue aprehendido en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico el pasado 31 de marzo por elementos de la divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n de la PGJEH y presentado ante un juez de control.<\/p>\n<p>En audiencia inicial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del presunto violador por hechos ocurridos el 28 de junio 2022, fecha en que la v\u00edctima denunci\u00f3 haber sido agredida sexualmente por <strong>Alfredo N<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el acusado se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional; por lo que la audiencia continu\u00f3 hasta el pasado 5 de abril, en la que el personal ministerial logr\u00f3 acreditar la probable responsabilidad del imputado.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y, como medida cautelar, Alfredo N permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva durante el plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfredo E.F.M., exsecretario de Finanzas del PRI Hidalgo, fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado (PGJEH).
