{"id":215787,"date":"2023-06-06T09:07:38","date_gmt":"2023-06-06T15:07:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=215787"},"modified":"2023-06-06T10:16:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-06T16:16:25","slug":"dan-50-anos-de-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2023\/06\/06\/dan-50-anos-de-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Dan 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a filicida de La Palma"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Por el asesinado de sus dos hijos y el feminicidio de su pareja sentimental, un hombre identificado con las iniciales J.J.C.G., fue sentenciado a pasar 50 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>El triple homicidio ocurri\u00f3 en septiembre del 2022, en la colonia La Palma, en Pachuca, donde el hombre priv\u00f3 de la vida a las v\u00edctimas de 23, ocho y seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tras el hallazgo de los cuerpos sin vida, la <strong>PGJEH<\/strong> inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n bajo el protocolo de feminicidio y con base en las indagatorias se determin\u00f3 la identidad del agresor y se solicit\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue ejecutada por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En audiencia inicial, <strong>J.J.C.G.<\/strong>, fue vinculado a proceso por el triple asesinato y, una vez agotadas las etapas del proceso penal, se obtuvo sentencia condenatoria con una pena de 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el feminicidio y los dos homicidios.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por el asesinado de sus dos hijos y el feminicidio de su pareja sentimental, un hombre identificado con las iniciales J.J.C.G., fue sentenciado a pasar 50 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH).
