{"id":222382,"date":"2023-08-22T18:53:16","date_gmt":"2023-08-23T00:53:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=222382"},"modified":"2023-08-22T18:53:16","modified_gmt":"2023-08-23T00:53:16","slug":"dictan-32-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2023\/08\/22\/dictan-32-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"Dictan 32 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel a explotador sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre, identificado con las iniciales E.D.C.R., fue sentenciado a pasar 32 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de <strong>explotaci\u00f3n de la actividad sexual remunerada, agravada<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH).<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en la capital hidalguense el <strong>15 de marzo de 2022<\/strong>, fecha en la que la PGJEH comenz\u00f3 las indagatorias correspondientes, logrando detener al ahora sentenciado.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado fue presentado ante un juez de control, quien dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso con base en los datos de prueba aportados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez agotadas todas las etapas del proceso penal, el tribunal de enjuiciamiento <strong>dict\u00f3 sentencia de 32 a\u00f1os nueve meses y 22 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n a E.D.C.R., por su responsabilidad en la trata de persona<\/strong>s, en la modalidad de explotaci\u00f3n de la actividad sexual remunerada, agravada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre, identificado con las iniciales E.D.C.R., fue sentenciado a pasar 32 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de explotaci\u00f3n de la actividad sexual remunerada, agravada, inform\u00f3 la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH).
