Jos\u00e9 Artemio Maldonado Mej\u00eda, al\u00edas \u201cEl Michoacano\u201d, fue sentenciado a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por\u00a0 homicidio doloso calificado, ocurrido sobre la carretera Tula \u2013 Tepetitl\u00e1n el 14 de diciembre de 2017.<\/p>\n
De acuerdo con las investigaciones, El Michoacano agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un arma de fuego, caus\u00e1ndole lesiones que posteriormente le originaron la muerte.<\/p>\n
Por lo anterior, Jos\u00e9 Artemio fue detenido y presentado ante un juez de control y, en audiencia inicial, fue vinculado a proceso, con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n
Agotadas todas las etapas del proceso penal, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para Jos\u00e9 Artemio Maldonado, quien deber\u00e1 pagar una multa por concepto de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
