el Congreso estatal la participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica entre los j\u00f3venes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el Congreso estatal se inaugur\u00f3 el curso de formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y parlamentaria, cuya iniciativa fue promovida por los integrantes de la 66 Legislatura, con el objetivo de involucrar a los j\u00f3venes en el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico mediante talleres y simulaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador Avelino Tovar Iglesias precis\u00f3 que esta actividad permitir\u00e1 expresi\u00f3n de ideas y opiniones, al adquirir herramientas y conocimientos, para tener una sociedad m\u00e1s inclusiva y sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos j\u00f3venes son parte activa de una generaci\u00f3n con la capacidad y responsabilidad de transformar el mundo y nuestro estado\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta fue impulsada por el diputado Avelino Tovar del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM) y el presidente del Semillero de Derecho Parlamentario y T\u00e9cnica Legislativa en Hidalgo, Alan Yael Baxcajay Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n<p>El director del Instituto de Estudios Legislativos, Alan Hern\u00e1ndez Segovia, reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso del Congreso con la
