El exalcalde de Tlaxcoapan, Miguel \u00c1ngel L.H. fue vinculado a prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el delito de peculado. La acci\u00f3n il\u00edcita corresponde a m\u00e1s de dos millones 700 mil pesos cuando fue alcalde de dicho municipio entre el periodo de 2012 y 2016.<\/p>\n
Ante esta determinaci\u00f3n por parte del juez, el exfuncionario municipal permanecer\u00e1 recluido en el Centro de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social de Tula, mientras que se otorgaron dos meses para que la autoridad realice la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n
El exedil fue detenido en Pachuca el martes 19 de noviembre por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado (PGJEH), la acci\u00f3n se ejecut\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de acudir a los juzgados para resolver otro asunto.<\/p>\n
Fue trasladado al municipio de Tula, donde se realiz\u00f3 su audiencia la tarde de este domingo en el Centro de Justicia Regional de dicho municipio.<\/p>\n
