{"id":265381,"date":"2025-02-20T11:53:56","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T17:53:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=265381"},"modified":"2025-02-20T12:01:55","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T18:01:55","slug":"reduce-contraloria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2025\/02\/20\/reduce-contraloria\/","title":{"rendered":"Reduce Contralor\u00eda un 66.10% de rezago de obras municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c1lvaro Bardales, secretario de Contralor\u00eda en Hidalgo, dio a conocer que se logr\u00f3 la reducci\u00f3n del 66.10% en el rezago total de obras en el estado, al firmar 7 mil 270 actas de entrega-recepci\u00f3n municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que la actual administraci\u00f3n hered\u00f3 10 mil 997 obras sin dichas actas, por lo que se implement\u00f3 una estrategia integral en colaboraci\u00f3n con ayuntamientos y contratistas, enfocada en la regularizaci\u00f3n y conclusi\u00f3n de las obras pendientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, se revisaron minuciosamente los proyectos de obras rezagadas y las que estaban en construcci\u00f3n, a fin de garantizar su correcta conclusi\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de las obras.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso y al encontrar irregularidades documentales y f\u00edsicas, se hicieron bajas del registro del Padr\u00f3n de Contratistas, pero reactivaron sus registros tras comprometerse a mejorar la calidad de los proyectos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c1lvaro Bardales, secretario de Contralor\u00eda en Hidalgo, dio a conocer que se logr\u00f3 la reducci\u00f3n del 66.10% en el rezago total de obras en el estado, al firmar 7 mil 270 actas de entrega-recepci\u00f3n municipales.
