Un ch\u00f3fer del sistema de transporte masivo Tuzob\u00fas fue vinculado a proceso por un juez por el presunto atropellamiento de un estudiante del CBTIS 222, cuyo hecho se registr\u00f3 la noche del 11 de febrero al sur de Pachuca.<\/p>\n
El estudiante, cuyas iniciales responden al nombre L.S.Z.A., falleci\u00f3 en el Hospital General de Pachuca debido a la gravedad del impacto tres d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del accidente.<\/p>\n
Ante la muerte de dicha persona, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJEH) inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, la cual fue judicializada el 14 de febrero.<\/p>\n
El chofer fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial y se solicitaron 72 horas para que se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n. En la audiencia del 18 de febrero, el juez vincul\u00f3 a proceso al imputado y otorg\u00f3 dos meses para que se realicen las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n
Como medida cautelar, se determin\u00f3 que el probable responsable no podr\u00e1 continuar su labor como chofer de dicho sistema y, aunque no permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 firmar peri\u00f3dicamente ante la autoridad judicial y no podr\u00e1 salir del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
