Ayuntamiento de Tepeji, fue aprobado por 17 votos el dictamen DC\/CCA\/008\/2025 que establece la cancelaci\u00f3n de la licencia de funcionamiento n\u00famero 4385\/397, del a\u00f1o 2024, y la clausura definitiva del restaurante-bar \u201cLa Zanja\u201d, ubicado en la colonia Tianguistengo La Romera.<\/p>\n<p>El cabildo aprob\u00f3 tras analizar denuncias vecinales, observaciones del \u00e1rea de Reglamentos y Espect\u00e1culos del municipio, as\u00ed como un incidente violento registrado la madrugada del 12 de julio, en el que se reportaron disparos de arma de fuego en las inmediaciones del establecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Las y los vecinos entregaron una petici\u00f3n firmada por m\u00e1s de 100 habitantes de la zona, dirigida a la presidenta municipal, Tania Valdez Cu\u00e9llar, quienes acusaron que en el lugar se realizaban arrancones con motocicletas y veh\u00edculos a alta velocidad, adem\u00e1s de presentarse ri\u00f1as, desmanes y obstrucci\u00f3n del paso vehicular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la vig\u00e9sima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del H.
