Personal de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado (PGJEH) solicit\u00f3 a una autoridad judicial vincular a proceso a E.R.V.M., de 33 a\u00f1os de edad, por el presunto delito de feminicidio contra su expareja de 21 a\u00f1os, identificada con las iniciales D.M.R.C.<\/p>\n
La persona imputada fue presentada en audiencia inicial ante un juez de control, autoridad ante la que se formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n por hechos ocurridos el pasado 17 de mayo de 2026, en Actopan.<\/p>\n
Durante la audiencia inicial, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144 horas para que se defina su situaci\u00f3n legal, mientras tanto le fue impuesta la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n
En consecuencia, el sujeto continuar\u00e1 bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de mayo de 2026, a las 13:00 horas.<\/p>\n
