{"id":85985,"date":"2018-06-26T10:19:13","date_gmt":"2018-06-26T15:19:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/?p=85985"},"modified":"2018-06-26T10:19:13","modified_gmt":"2018-06-26T15:19:13","slug":"libertad-regidores-tula-robo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2018\/06\/26\/libertad-regidores-tula-robo\/","title":{"rendered":"Dan prisi\u00f3n preventiva a regidores de Tula acusados de robo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los tres regidores de ayuntamiento de Tula de Allende, <a href=\"http:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/hidalgo\/2018\/05\/25\/vinculados-a-proceso-regidores-de-tula\/\">acusados de robo<\/a> a una tienda de autoservicio, salieron en libertad el pasado viernes por la tarde tras la decisi\u00f3n del juzgado de control penal de sustituir la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, luego de estar recluidos un mes en el Centro de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social de Actopan.<\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo notific\u00f3 que el juzgado de control penal de Actopan determin\u00f3 sustituir la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva impuesta a los regidores J. I. G. H., G. G. S. y J. F. L.
