{"id":113232,"date":"2018-07-30T17:28:46","date_gmt":"2018-07-30T22:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/?p=113232"},"modified":"2018-07-30T17:28:46","modified_gmt":"2018-07-30T22:28:46","slug":"municipios-tehuacan-temperaturas-40c","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/2018\/07\/30\/municipios-tehuacan-temperaturas-40c\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipios de la regi\u00f3n de Tehuac\u00e1n con temperaturas hasta de 40\u00b0C"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ante las temperaturas que se han elevado hasta <strong>40 grados cent\u00edgrados<\/strong>, principalmente en San Jos\u00e9 Miahuatl\u00e1n, Coxcatl\u00e1n y San Sebasti\u00e1n Zinacatepec, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos de Tehuac\u00e1n, emitieron una <strong>serie de recomendaciones<\/strong>\u00a0a fin de evitar o reducir el riesgo de complicaciones por el <a href=\"http:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/?s=calor\"><strong>golpe de calor<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14765\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14769\">Para prevenir la insolaci\u00f3n la dependencia municipal a cargo de <strong>Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es necesario ingerir suficientes l\u00edquidos, no hacer ejercicio en pleno rayo del sol, vestir ropa fresca, comer ligero, no consumir alcohol o alimentos irritantes y aclimatarse gradualmente al calor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14771\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14775\">El <strong>golpe de calor<\/strong>\u00a0es la elevaci\u00f3n de la temperatura corporal,\u00a0entre <strong>39.4 y 40<\/strong> grados cent\u00edgrados, por encima de lo normal durante periodos de <strong>10 minutos<\/strong>, lo que puede provocar <strong>graves da\u00f1os<\/strong> en el organismo, dado que muchos \u00f3rganos dejan de funcionar correctamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14777\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_15076\">Los s\u00edntomas pueden ser: <strong>mareo, confusi\u00f3n, sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva<\/strong> al principio con posterior falta de secreci\u00f3n, enrojecimiento, sequedad en la piel, fiebre con <strong>temperatura corporal<\/strong> arriba de 39.4, desorientaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_15077\">dolor de cabeza,\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_15078\">aceleraci\u00f3n de ritmo cardiaco y latido d\u00e9bil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14783\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1532982331965_14787\">En caso de presentar algunos de dichos s\u00edntomas,\u00a0<strong>se debe colocar<\/strong> al afectado en un sitio fresco o a la sombra, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/911Puebla?lang=es\">llamar al 911<\/a>, <strong>desvestir a la persona<\/strong> y tratar de disminuir la temperatura con pa\u00f1os mojados o hielo en axilas, frente o ingle.
