{"id":216931,"date":"2020-12-13T13:12:44","date_gmt":"2020-12-13T19:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/?p=216931"},"modified":"2020-12-13T13:13:10","modified_gmt":"2020-12-13T19:13:10","slug":"solo-17-aspirantes-a-una-candidatura-independiente-de-38-solicitudes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/2020\/12\/13\/solo-17-aspirantes-a-una-candidatura-independiente-de-38-solicitudes\/","title":{"rendered":"Solo 17 aspirantes a una candidatura independiente de 38 solicitudes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>De un total de 38 cartas de intenci\u00f3n presentadas para obtener una candidatura independiente solo 17 lograron superar el primer filtro<\/strong> ante el Instituto Electoral del Estado (IEE).<\/p>\n<p><strong>De acuerdo a la sesi\u00f3n del Consejo General los 17 ciudadanos aceptados lograron cumplir con todos los requisitos indispensables<\/strong> para poder iniciar la segunda etapa que es recabar las firmas ciudadanas para poder ser reconocidos como candidatos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De los 17 poblanos que cumplieron con los requisitos, solo uno busca la diputaci\u00f3n local y que es por un distrito de la Capital poblana,<\/strong> Jes\u00fas David Serrano, mientras que en los ayuntamientos,\u00a0 solo dos aspirantes buscan la presidencia municipal en San Andr\u00e9s Cholula.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mientras que el resto son aspirantes a diferentes municipios y donde se destaca el ex priista Carlos Barrag\u00e1n Amador quien fue diputado federal por el PRI<\/strong> de 2015 a 2018 y que ahora busca la candidatura independiente por el municipio de Xicotepec de Ju\u00e1rez, del cual ya fue en dos ocasiones presidente municipal de 2005 a 2008 y de 2011 a 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se inform\u00f3 que las 38 cartas de intenci\u00f3n fueron analizadas del 30 de noviembre al 06 de diciembre del a\u00f1o en curso<\/strong>. En fecha 07 de diciembre de 2020, se notific\u00f3 a las y los aspirantes los requerimientos a la documentaci\u00f3n faltante para continuar con el proceso, teniendo 24 horas para subsanar la informaci\u00f3n solicitada.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Prerrogativas y Partidos Pol\u00edticos de este Instituto, se dio a la tarea de realizar el an\u00e1lisis respectivo de cada uno de los avisos de intenci\u00f3n presentado; una vez subsanadas las omisiones y errores, por parte de las y los interesados, este Consejo General determin\u00f3 la calidad de aspirantes a las y los ciudadanos\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>En su momento el consejero presidente Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda Onofre asever\u00f3 que con esta aprobaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> los aspirantes deber\u00e1n de recolectar el 3 por ciento de las firmas de la Lista Nominal a partir del 20 de diciembre.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Despu\u00e9s de la expedici\u00f3n de la constancia, vamos a tener un periodo de capacitaci\u00f3n para el personal de apoyo de las y los aspirantes a una candidatura independiente para recabar el apoyo ciudadanos, y a partir del 20 de diciembre y al 19 de enero, estos aspirantes tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de realizar actividades para recabar el apoyo ciudadanos\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Hay que se\u00f1alar que de las 38 cartas de intenci\u00f3n presentadas 6 fueron para una diputaci\u00f3n local<\/strong>, y 32 para presidente municipal de varios ayuntamientos de la entidad.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De las diputaciones 4 fueron por alg\u00fan distrito de la Ciudad de Puebla, una para Cholula y una para Tecamachalco, mientras que de los ayuntamientos la mayor\u00eda fueron para la Capital con 4, 3 para Tecamachalco, 2 San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan, 2 San Andr\u00e9s Cholula,\u00a0 y el resto una solicitud como Atlixco y San Pedro Cholula, entre otros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"633\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td
