El hecho se registr\u00f3 el <strong>20 de diciembre de 2021<\/strong> en el municipio de <strong>Tianguismanalco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla estableci\u00f3 la posible responsabilidad de C\u00e1ndido N., solicit\u00f3, obtuvo y cumpli\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, el Juez de Control analiz\u00f3 los elementos de prueba que exhibi\u00f3 el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico y determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a C\u00e1ndido N. e imponerle la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En seguimiento a un homicidio ocurrido en Tianguismanalco, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de C\u00e1ndido N. presunto responsable de la comisi\u00f3n del hecho delictivo.
