{"id":433137,"date":"2024-11-06T16:27:28","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T22:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/?p=433137"},"modified":"2024-11-06T16:27:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T22:27:28","slug":"vinculado-abuso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/2024\/11\/06\/vinculado-abuso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por el abuso sexual de un adolescente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FiscaliaPuebla\">Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/a><\/strong> obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Enrique N., de 62 a\u00f1os de edad, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de abuso sexual, en agravio de un adolescente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">El 12 de octubre de 2024, Enrique N. ingres\u00f3 a la cochera de un domicilio en el fraccionamiento Jos\u00e9 Miguel, del municipio de Cuautlancingo, donde le realiz\u00f3 tocamientos lascivos a la v\u00edctima de 13 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">El presunto agresor fue detenido por polic\u00edas estatales y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Agente del <a href=\"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/2024\/05\/06\/disposicion-ministerio-publico\/\">Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/a>, quien tras realizar actos de investigaci\u00f3n, ejercit\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal en su contra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Con base en los datos de prueba, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del probable responsable, quien permanece con prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa durante el tiempo de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Enrique N., de 62 a\u00f1os de edad, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de abuso sexual, en agravio de un adolescente.
