{"id":436742,"date":"2024-12-03T16:13:01","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T22:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/?p=436742"},"modified":"2024-12-03T16:13:01","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T22:13:01","slug":"puebla-ayuntamientos-tendran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sintesis.com.mx\/puebla\/2024\/12\/03\/puebla-ayuntamientos-tendran\/","title":{"rendered":"En Puebla, 158 ayuntamientos tendr\u00e1n DAP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Congreso del Estado,<strong> Lupita Vargas<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que 158 de 217 municipios solicitaron el Derecho al Alumbrado P\u00fablico (DAP), en la ley de ingresos 2025, que representa el 73 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, mencion\u00f3 que este jueves, en el pleno, se autorizar\u00e1n 64 proyectos, de los cuales 37 solicitaron dicho derecho, como Atlixco, Atzizihuacan y Juan C Bonilla, mientras que 37 lo desecharon como Tecamachalco, Izucar de Matamoros y Zoquitlan, por mencionar algunos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lupita Vargas<\/strong> relat\u00f3 que a\u00fan faltan 83 municipios por dictaminar, entre ellos, el m\u00e1s grande: Puebla, cuya demarcaci\u00f3n es la m\u00e1s grande y requiere de una atenci\u00f3n especial.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que el 61 por ciento ya pas\u00f3 la comisi\u00f3n, pero a\u00fan falta tiempo para analizar las que restan.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>2022<\/strong> los municipios solicitaron este derecho luego que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nacional (SCJN) autoriz\u00f3 declar\u00f3 constitucional el cobro para 144 municipios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Congreso del Estado, Lupita Vargas inform\u00f3 que 158 de 217 municipios solicitaron el Derecho al Alumbrado P\u00fablico (DAP), en la ley de ingresos 2025, que representa el 73 por ciento.
